Warning error in media lib

    Ever since upgraded to 3.1.3 when log in to the media section (wp-admin/upload.php) an query error shows up at top of the admin page.

    Warning: explode() expects parameter 2 to be string, array given in /myurl/wp-includes/query.php on line 2390

Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, null given in /myurl/wp-includes/query.php on line 2399

    my poor knowledge of php leaves me helpless. any idea? serversettings maybe?
