   How can I fix this problem?

   Have you tried:

   - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

   - switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

   - resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

   You are awesome. Thanks for the speedy reply!

   I was already using Twenty Ten so I deactivated ALL plugins and reactivated one at a time.

   This was the culprit: Spam Free by Jordy Kroeze

   Thank you so much for posting this!!! I've had this problem for awhile. Spam Free was indeed the culprit. You guys are awesome. =)
