    Hi,

I have this error. I read the FAQ and double checked I have this error message on http://barnabasnagy.net/wp-content/plugins/wp-slimstat/wp-slimstat-js.php and I have "Invalid data format" displayed. However, the warning message does not want to disappear and it seems the plugin is not collecting data correctly. Eg no pageviews from last Friday to this date.

    Could you please advise?

    Barnabas

I am getting the same error as well as not being able to access the stats in the backend itself. I get an encoding error every time. I even raised the timeout to 60 seconds on my server and still nothing.

Then it could be a problem of file permission... or something related to caching. Here are some questions for you:

    - Are you using a caching plugin?
    - What version of WordPress are you using?
    - Can you make sure that your tables have the same "structure" as described in the FAQs?
    - How many rows do you have in wp_slim_stats?

    Merry Christmas

    - What version of WordPress are you using? / latest
    - Can you make sure that your tables have the same "structure" as described in the FAQs? / The tables are installed automatically to the db no?
    - How many rows do you have in wp_slim_stats? / how can I find this out?

@barnabasnagy, as you may have read in the FAQs, my plugin is not compatible with W3C Total Cache and similar caching plugins, so there's not much I can do to help you in this case, sorry.

    Cheers,
    Camu
