Hi
What’s the URL of your site? Also, can you list your wp_slim* tables here? Do you see a table called wp_slim_screenres? Other question: is this a multisite environment?
Thanks
Camu

not a multisite
sorry, but could explain how to locate the ‘wp_slim* tables’?
Thanks.
Slimstat doesn’t seem to be active on this site. You will need to use phpmyadmin or ask your hosting provider to help.

The Slimstat plugin seems to be working fine (except for screen res and the error message). All other metrics appear to be there and active.

I will try deleting and reinstalling.
Be careful, deleting the plugin will delete all your stats!

That’s ok… it’s a new site with very few users (and the user visits are the only stat I really want to track anyway).
Reinstalling appears to have fixed the issue… hopefully, it does not ‘pop-up’ again.
Okay cool! No, if the message is gone, it shouldn’t come back 🙂
PS: a vote for my plugin would be a nice way to say thank you!

well – the alert came back, though all the stats appear to be working/updating (except the screen res).
That means that something in your configuration is messed up again 🙂

Any ideas or suggestions?
btw: here are the tables:
slim_browsers
slim_content_info
slim_countries
slim_outbound
slim_screenres
slim_stats
And screenres is empty? Do you have access to your MySQL logs?

yes, screenres is empty.
yes, I have access.
Do you see any errors in your logs?
