   I want widget to auto subscribe all new blog registrations -

   I've set the Auto Subscribe to "Automatically" but it doesn't seem to work whwn users register using a twitter or facebook connect plugin.

   This is beyond the scope of the widget which only shows the form by shortcode. If you want this functionality you could better ask the " Subscribe2 " plugin author.
