    Hello:

I want to place ToS,Privacy Policy,Contact and Disclaimer pages(i.e.only legal pages and not article pages)at bottom of the site like displayed in Heatmap theme website. But when I'm trying to create the above said pages they are appearing in the navigation and bottom of the site. Can you tell how can I rectify this?

    Use the wordpress menu manager
(WP Dashboard > Appearance > Menus)
to create menus containing the pages / posts etc that you need.
then assign them to the footer theme menu location.

Thanks for the quick response Stuart.

After creating the above said pages I created a test menu and added these pages to this menu and assigned the test menu to Footer Menu.

This is what's happening.I can see the pages that I selected at the bottom of the site as well as at top left(navigation) of the site.I want the legal pages only at the bottom and my selected articles at top left.

Also can you tell me how to hide the date and time on your theme?

    Thanks,
    Arc.

    Arc,
You will have to create two separate menus in the WordPress Menu manager, and assign one top the primary menu, and one to the footer.

To hide date and time in the theme you can either..

*Edit the theme templates (eg index.php, single.php, page.php) by deleting
    add_action('heatmapthemead_single_posts_hook', 'heatmapthemead_posted_on');
(this will remove date, time, author)

    or easier...
The HeatMap Adaptive pro upgrade plugin which is available to HeatMap Theme members gives you extra tick boxes to remove these things separately directly in the options.

    Thanks Stuart.

    Last question.
How to make footer links as no follow on Heatmap Theme.

    Thanks,
    Arc.

HeatMap AdAptive like other WordPress themes use wp_nav_menu() function to generate menu code, so the nofollow would have to be added to that function or filtered through another function that adds the nofollow.

Try Googling 'wp_nav_menu nofollow' and variations on that and you'll discover plenty of hints, tips and techniques for that and maybe also some plugins.
