Want top nav to go to ssl shopping cart not a WP page

    The theme I’m using has a margin for anchor tags so if I stick the href in the page title it displays lower than the other menu items – at least I’m pretty sure it’s CSS doing that.

    So if there is a trick to putting an anchor tag in a top nav or title of as page?

    Running 2.8.4 and can’t update – it says it is but doesn’t and the client does not want me to spend the time updating.
