Hello~
I have a wordpress blog that I host on my site. I believe I initially set it up with MySQL but it's been a long time and I can't remember. I know I did it all manually. What I want to do now is copy the site to my new domain name and modify it from there into a completely different blog, but based on the architecture. I want to retain the blog on my old site without modifying it. I tried changing the blog address in the general tab in the admin panel once I transferred the copied files to my new domain. When I deleted some posts it started changing the content of both blogs. What should I do to keep them separate? Thank you very much.

you will need to change the
table prefixinwp-config.phpto something different on the second blog
or
create a new mysql database for the 2nd blog
