    The error message I keep on getting is;

    The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    I can upload the theme via FTP (filezilla) to wp-content/themes and it works and installs that way but I am never successful with through wordpress?

    Any help here guys?

    My website host is dreamhost.

    That sounds like a server issue. Try contacting Dreamhost about it.

    sydneymigrationagents - Hi, I'm just checking in. Did you open up a support ticket, or can I possibly help you here?

    I'd need to know your domain and the theme you're uploading, but I'm happy to take a look :)

    Okay, I didnt open a support ticket. I do not know how to.

    my domain is sydneymigrationagents.com

    The theme that I try to upload and install works for any theme I try install. I think the minimum size is 700 kilobytes.

    Totally okay :)

    Do you mean you can't upload any themes? They all fail? Or just this one?

    FYI, just go to https://panel.dreamhost.com/index.cgi?tree=support.msg& to open tickets

    Just in case we haven't gotten back to you yet (I'm in and out of training today and yesterday), make sure you're using PHP 5.3 Fast CGI. Not all the 5.2's came with Zip.

    You can go to Manage Domains and then click on the domain you want to edit. Scroll down and on the right you'll see options for flavors of PHP :)
