   I want to place some google adsense code inside my content.

   Is the best way to manually ad the code to every post, or is there a way I can have it show the code after xxx amount of words/characters, and then show the rest of the entry?

   You don't want to show it on more than 3 posts per page (less if you have ads anywhere else on the page) as the Terms of Service only allow 3 ad units and 1 link unit per page. That said, there are several advertising plugins that can help or you can include it in your template for the first post on the page.

   Ok, now I simply want to have the option to include some PHP inside one of my postings, simply to using a PHP Include File (like, google.php with the adsense code)

   I have tried http://www.nosq.com/2004/10/runphp-wordpress-plugin/ but that doesn't seem to work

   I also have tried http://mark.scottishclimbs.com/archives/2004/07/02/running-php-in-wordpress-posts/

   and that doesn't work. I get alot of HEADER ERRORs at the top of the admin tool when trying to activate Mars runphp plugin.

   All I want to do is use PHP includes inside my postings.

   try CG-QuickPHP from David Chait
   link. I use it on all of my pages and it runs great.

   # Up to three ad units may be displayed on each Web site page.
   # A maximum of two Google AdSense for search boxes may be placed on a page.
   # A single link unit may be placed on each Web site page, in addition to the ad units and search boxes specified above. Link units are considered to be 'Google ads' for purposes of these program policies.
