Want to remove thick line on gridpspace theme

my website is Jessica-Lawrence.com. I want to remove the thick black line that occurs throughout the website and the lighter grey line that occurs when I post from a Default Template. Also, I’d like my homepage to be blank (other than the navigation and my name), is there another way to do this without just creating a blank page? thanks.
