   Hello everyone!

   I've trapped into a situation and have been stuck into it for many hours. I'm want to customize my wordpress dashboard for 'contributors' and 'authors'. So whenever they login they should be redirected to 'new post'.

   They should see only two menus there:

   1. Posts
   2. Profile

   And they should not see rest of the things (including dashboard).

   Any idea how can I achieve this?

   By two menus I mean the right sidebar stuff in wp-admin.

   Thanks for the plugin. But here is a small problem. I've disabled the dashboard for non-admin users. Now when I try to login as a contributer (i.e. by a contributor account) it displays the error that you don't have sufficient permission for this. Okay! Thats it what I wanna do. By default, after login, it redirects to /wp-admin which displays error. But I want to redirect it to /wp-admin/post-new.php

   A single plugin adminimize solved my all problems.
