Want to customize wordpress dashboard for non admins

By two menus I mean the right sidebar stuff in wp-admin.

Thanks for the plugin. But here is a small problem. I’ve disabled the dashboard for non-admin users. Now when I try to login as a contributer (i.e. by a contributor account) it displays the error that you don’t have sufficient permission for this. Okay! Thats it what I wanna do. By default, after login, it redirects to /wp-admin which displays error. But I want to redirect it to /wp-admin/post-new.php
