I am not too well versed on wordpress and simply wish to know if my blog's name is "one two three blog name" and I wish to cut it down to "blog name" without changing anything else:
1) How do I do it and
2) If I keep my http://www.domainname.com address the same, will the few people I have following me get a broken link or lose me for any reason? As I am not changing the address I would hope not but I don't know how feeds and that sort of thing work, with these prettynames and such

Goto Settings > general and amend the Site Title to whatever you want.
No it won't affect your links at all.

1. Change the Blog's name in Settings/General
2. Changing just the name of the site should not have much (if any) impact of site traffic. There will be no broken links. Your feed name will change but not its url.

Posted 1 year ago #You'll be fine. Just go inside your Settings -> General page in the admin area and change the "Blog Title" at the top... That will make the name showing up on the front of your blog different but nothing else will change.
