Want To Add Text Attribute In Shop Page for Customers

Ok so I am stuck here now, because we want to add a text field for the customer to type in what he/she wants on the product, like a message, initials, a name, etc…

We have 2 drop down menus which both work, for Thread Color and Pillow Type, but underneath that we want a text box for the customer to type in what he/she wants the pillow to say. I do not see any options for this in wordpress or woocommerce. I am using woocommerce in wordpress as the store. The site is like 80% done, we just need to get this little detail in there. The only thing we’ve come close to being able to do this is having the text box in the Checkout page, AFTER they have already chosen the thread and type, and clicked “add to cart” We want this text box to be on the same page and right underneath the 2 drop down menus for thread/pillow type, so the customer can type in the text he wants on the pillow.

Can’t find any info on this. WordPress doesn’t have a phone support system because they’re a free site…and Woocommerce doesn’t allow you to post on the forums or go to their support center unless you buy something from them, and we are using a free theme called Mystile, which is compatible with woocommerce and wordpress.

See in the middle right, just to the right of the bear, there is an order box with drop down menus, and then underneath there is a text box where the customer can enter a personalized text. This is what I need, one of these text boxes, under the drop down menus. Is this possible, and where the hell can I find out how to do this? The Hostgator guy who is our customer service agent said there should be a way to do that, but we have to contact woocommerce…but we can’t.
