I am interested in creating a blogging website which allows users to communicate with each other in an open
forum environment. Users can register, create a personal profile, then begin blogging/commenting on a variety of different topics in separate forums.
Can WP be of some help? how? Please reply quickly, wanna do it ASAP.

What research have you done ?
