This is not possible with WangGuard 1.5.x the moderation queue is for reported users by other users.
In WangGuard 1.6 we will introduce the Register moderation. You will be able to disable moderation, moderate all registrations or only Sploggers detected by WangGuard.

This is the same reason, why I cannot see anything under the Sploggers tab (in WangGuard Users), although in Stats I can see 17 Sploggers blocked and reported?

Stats are for see the WangGuard activity and your report action on the website.
The Sploggers blocked, ate Sploggers blocked in the registration page.
The reported users, are Sploggers that you reportage from users list.
Queries, is the number of queries that the website made to WangGuard server (signups, users checked by you and the Wizard).
In the Sploggers tab, you can see the Sploggers found by Wizard and users reported by you. If there isn’t users there, is because you deleted all Sploggers.

Ok, so I cannot see the data of sploggers caught during registration. This is what will be changed in version 1.6?
One more thing: what is the definition of the Verified Members tab (in WangGuard Users)?

Yes, that will be new in WangGuard 1.6
Verified members, are users that WangGuard think that are not Sploggers, but it can be changed some minutes later, because a splogger don’t detected in your installation, can be reported from another website or can be catched as splogger few minutes/hours later. That’s the reason of WangGuard cron.
