W3TC theme files not linking correctly to cloudfront

    Hi,
    I have W3TC running on a WP 3.9.1 multisite with CDN enabled for Amazon CloudFront. I assume everything’s set up OK on my end as I’ve managed to upload the theme, include and custom files on my S3 bucket (attachments are still returning a fail message). I’ve entered my distribution’s cloudfront.net name in “Replace site’s hostname with:” field and cdnlondon.tab.co.uk (which is defined the CNAME list) for CNAME. Now in the front end the URL of the theme files is “http://cdn.london.tab.co.uk/http://tab.co.uk/wp-content/” instead of cdn.london.tab.co.uk as I would expected it to be.

    Am I doing something wrong or have I missed anything?
    Also, any idea why attachments wouldn’t upload to CloudFront?
