W3TC not seen in .htaccess with Better WP Security Plugin

Hi,I don’t see W3 Total Cache settings in .htaccess file.
I am using Better Security Plugin.Does this mean W3 Total Cache is not functioning
or are the settings shifted somewhere else?Kindly guide,
