    Great Contact Form, thank you.

    I am running WP 3.1.3 and employ W3C PASSED XHMTL site.

    However, I have just run W3C validation for "Contact Us" page and the result is:

    Validation Output: 3 Errors

    Error Line 131, Column 26: document type does not allow element "div" here; missing one of "object", "applet", "map", "iframe", "button", "ins", "del" start-tag

    <div style="width:375px;">

    The mentioned element is not allowed to appear in the context in which you've placed it; the other mentioned elements are the only ones that are both allowed there and can contain the element mentioned. This might mean that you need a containing element, or possibly that you've forgotten to close a previous element.

    One possible cause for this message is that you have attempted to put a block-level element (such as "<p>" or "<table>") inside an inline element (such as "", "<span>", or "<font>").

    Error Line 160, Column 70: value of attribute "type" cannot be "email"; must be one of "text", "password", "checkbox", "radio", "submit", "reset", "file", "hidden", "image", "button"

    …ext-align:left; margin:0;" type="email" id="si_contact_email1" name="si_contac…

    The value of the attribute is defined to be one of a list of possible values but in the document it contained something that is not allowed for that type of attribute. For instance, the “selected” attribute must be either minimized as “selected” or spelled out in full as “selected="selected"”; a value like “selected="true"” is not allowed.

    Error Line 167, Column 71: value of attribute "type" cannot be "email"; must be one of "text", "password", "checkbox", "radio", "submit", "reset", "file", "hidden", "image", "button"

    …ext-align:left; margin:0;" type="email" id="si_contact_email2_1" name="si_cont…

    No URL to your form?

    Without your URL I can only help with this:

    Thank you, Mike

    I have read "validator-type-email" and understand the reason.

    Much appreciated,

    Katy
