   When I tried to activate I got

   Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

   Unable to create table wp_w3tc_cdn_queue: You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1' at line 11

   PHP version 5.2.8
   MySQL version 4.0.27-standard

   To fix this remove "DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1" from SQL in /w3-total-cache/lib/W3/Plugin/Cdn.php. This bug will be fixed in the next release.
