    No. You can only use one drop in database plugin. You should be able to turn off the database caching in W3TC.

    I appreciate that. Unfortunately it’s not possible without writing your own drop in database class.

    I’m not a programmer 🙁 is there really no other methods to get both of them working together?

    No, there isn’t. WordPress only supports one drop in database class. You want to use two.
