W3 Total Cache Plugin – "Page Caching using disk (request URI is rejected)"

    Hi,
    I have W3 Total Cache Plugin installed on my blog which runs on II6 server. I noticed that, when looking at the source code, in the section relating to the W3 Total Cache:
    Page Caching using disk (request URI is rejected)

    What does this mean and Why? Is there anything I need to do?
