   Hello,

   I have W3 TC installed on another site and it works well. Thank you.

   I installed on another site that has Optimize Press, S2Members and WP Affiliate (I added the SP Affiliate extras)

   Are there any known issues with these plugins / themes?

   Don't know. You are probably the one who would find out. There are so many plugins and plugin combinations.
   If you do you can write here and others will know as well.

   Sorry I don't know, you should also ask the other plugin authors.
