W3 Total Cache not working on WP 3.4

    Hello,

    I had a lot of problems after update to WP 3.4.
    IMPORTANT: My server is Windows based.
    I disabled all the plugins, WP worked good then, so I enabled plugins one by one and discovered W3 Total Cache was causing random issues.
    I installed a fresh WP 3.4 on other domain, tried lot of settings combination, but must report this plugin is not working ok on a Windows server.
