[W3 Total Cache] Minified files won't update

I use W3 Total Cache with minified files and Amazon CloudFront as a CDN.

Whenever I update a CSS or JavaScript file using the Theme Editor, the filenames used by w3tc are not changing.

Even if I clear the Minify Cache or Clear All Caches, the filenames stay the same. And since the files are using “origin pull” from the CDN – they don’t update.

If I turn off minify and CDN, then I get the correct files, but if I turn them back on I get the old version of my files.

I’ve also tried setting the “Prevent caching of objects after settings change” on and off. No change.

Is there any way to force w3tc to use new filenames when I update files? Is there anything I can do to debug why this is happening?
