   Hi I installed w3 total cache on my website I test the perfomance with yslow I set page cache,minify, browser cache.

   I still get results to Add expired headers and to configure entity tags. I chose in w3 total cache this option so why do I still get those issue?

   More details please. What are your EXACT browser cache settings.
