Hello,
I recently switched one of my sites over to a Genesis based theme that uses the Genesis slider to rotate images on the homepage. When I installed and activated the W3 Total Cache plugin it freezes the slider image, it just sits there stuck.
It doesn't make a lot of sense to me since I have another site with the same slider and the plugin is not making this happen.
Can you tell me if it is possible to fix this, I would really like to use the plugin on this site as well. The site is http://www.travelfootprints.ca I do not have the plugin active at the moment due to the slider image being frozen.
Thanks.

Are you using minify in auto mode? Those plugins may have code that doesn't like to be minified. Manual mode might be the way to go so that you can omit those files.

No I do not use anything called minify. Is there any other reason why this would freeze up the slider.
It's so confusing that it works on one of my sites and not the other. Both have the same Genesis BackCountry theme.
The only difference between the two sites is one was started from scratch with Genesis, the one that is freezes the slider on was originally on a different non-Genesis theme.
Both have the slider working at the moment, but the travelfootprints one is only working because I have the W3 Total cache plugin disabled.

Is this the correct spot I have posted in for the plugin author to respond, or is there any place to post to?
Thanks
Curious, please submit a bug submission form from the support tab of the plugin? I'd need to take a closer look.

@Frederick Townes, i want to use CDN with Auto mode without slide freeze.
do you have solution?
thanks.
I'd be curious to know what the javascript error console shows when this issue occurs, because it's hard for me to imagine what's causing it without minify being used. What did the genesis folks say?
