W3 Total Cache errors, wp-config.php message (2 posts)

    Hey guys,
I just setup W3 Total Cache to use Amazon CDN on my site, it has worked on all my sites except this one which has an SSL certificate installed so maybe that is the problem - http://fatcowbusiness.com/

In Admin > Performance > W3 Total Cache > General when I try and press DEPLOY the page freezes and nothing happens:
    http://fatcowbusiness.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=w3tc_general

Also in Admin > Performance page also says - Page caching is not available: please add: define('WP_CACHE', true); to /home/cowpare/public_html/wp-config.php
I did just add that line to wp-config.php and re-uploaded but still get that error message?

Also the image in this recent post does not load at all now so something with the CDN is not working - http://fatcowbusiness.com/facebook-timeline-printed-books-launched-by-sxsw-startupbus-aussie-team-yearinprint/

With my other sites when I go to performance > General there is a button to "upload custom files" but for this site I cannot see the "upload custom files" anywhere in FatCowBusiness W3 Total Cache / Performance admin?

    any help appreciated :)
