W3 total cache cloudflare MaxCDN

Hi,

please can anyone tell me what would be the right set up of w3? I have followed the setup here with cloudflare on it. then i enable the CDN with maxCDN. followed the instructions in here.

After setting it all up. my website looks like this now. Please view the link and let me know what settings has gone wrong. I have been setting it all up for a day now but i always had that error. w3tc works okay for less than an hour then it all went wrong. i tried to restore to default settings and my site run okay again. when i change settings, it all gone wrong again.

PLEASE I NEED HELP. is my website still okay? i installed the w3tc plugin then signed up to maxcdn in hope to get an improvement on page speed test cos my site has 7.9s up without w3tc and cloudflare considering that i haven’t put up any images or other media files just yet, with that result i begin to wonder how will my website fare with the others if i uploaded more media files then. that’s why i installed w3tc. its giving me headaches now & thinkin what could’ve been possibly gone wrong, im sure i followed the instructions well cos i tried it for nth times but still getting same results…
