   How can I configure W3 Total Cache to host via the CDN any ShareDaddy images?

   I have included in the plugin configuration under CDN Custom file list: "wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/sharedaddy/images/*" however its still not "pulling" the images from the CDN.

   Custom files hosting is obviously enabled? Seems a bug submission form is needed.
