   One Question on how w3tc deals with a multi-site setup. I see in Firebug that on every page request, there is a request made to the main hostname of my WP installation. The URL looks something like: http://motherdomain.tld/?dm=846b1aeeb78c3d4861350f37bb8a3369&action=load&blogid=3&siteid=1&t=1779827024&back=http%3A%2F%2Fchilddomain.tld%2F

   Is it possible to remove that request to further decrease page loading time?
