   I installed W3 Total Cache, Amazon 3s CDM, and Cloudflare over the past two days. So far so good. But tonight I noticed two things:

   1. When I log in as administrator the dashboard or toolbar that usually appears above my blog doesn't appear. Instead the dashboard items appear in a vertical list at the lower left hand side of the home page and, so far as I can tell, all of the other page of the blog. What might I have done?

   2. I took a screen shot of the bottom of the page and was going to upload it to my host, but I find I can no longer FTP into my domain at its old address. I should have thought of that but where do I find it now.

   Are you caching pages for logged in users?

   No.. I think I have turned that off. In any event the problem has disappeared. Not sure what I did, but all seems back to normal.
