w3 cache spread malewrae and virus in my websites

    hi
    there is some problem with my cache plugin. i am using w3 cache plugin but it creates a malicious code in my config.php flie.
    when i delete or deactivate the plugin my config.php file fail to work due to malicious code

    now all my websites are effected and not working well
    kindly help me in this regard
    my hosting company says that
    “I haven’t found any additional records in the ‘.htaccess’ file, so it could be possible that this page is generated by one of your WordPress plugins. We are not experts in WordPress configuration and security, so we can only recommend you to use official WordPress documentation and forums to get the information about protecting of your site.”

    kindly help me

    W3 Total Cache has nothing to do with your problems. Your site has likely been comprimised by the timthumb.php exploit. See instructions on how to scan for and remove the hack.

    The hack adds a shell script to your wp-config.php file hidden thousands of lines down so you can’t see it on first look.

    You likely will need to hire a professional to clean the hack.
