On upgrading to WP 3.5.1, the update went ok, could see the front end but the backend was blank.

Had to delete the plugin via ftp to bring it back.

Something is breaking in the latest version of WP.

    Try:

1 - Clean root .htaccess W3 Total Cache added code ...
    2 - Clean root wp-config.php W3 Total Cache added code ...
    3 - Delete /wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/ directory via ftp ...
    4 - Delete /wp-content/w3tc/ directory via ftp ...
    5 - Delete /wp-content/w3-total-cache-config.php directory via ftp ...
    6 - Delete /wp-content/advanced-cache.php directory via ftp ...
    7 - Delete /wp-content/db.php directory via ftp ...
    8 - Delete /wp-content/object-cache.php directory via ftp ...
    9 - Waiting 1 hour for cache flushing ...
    10 - Re-Download and Re-Load fresh W3 Total Cache 0.9.2.5 version ...
11 - Enable W3 Total Cache and try only default condiguration ...

    ;)

P.S. W3 Total Cache work fine with WordPress 3.5.1: your problems are others ...

    :)
