W-3 total cache with MAXCDN and CloudFLare

I Use W-3 total cache with MAXCDN and CloudFLare. I was wondering if i configured them correctly. I have posted my question at wrong place and now I found your forum. Hope you can answer me if I configured all these setvices properly. Do you think I can get much better performance if I use all these with VPS hosting?
