    Hi,

    Thanks for your answer. Unhapily I’m not able to do that. I was using white template. I ‘ve change to redv3 and it’s a little bit better but not good… perhaps is the acific magazin theme.

    I can rovide a password for connecting to this TEST installation.

    Hi Fernando,

    We took a look at your website and it looks like you used the shortcode for WP Polls.

    In your WordPress menu, the YOP Poll button is located at the top (under “Contact”).

    If you want to add YOP Poll on your website, the shortcode should look like this [yop_poll id=”1″]

    Also, make sure that when you add the shortcode on your WordPress page you are in the “text” tab (not “visual” it it will add some tags).

    I’m going to test again. I installed this plugin when I detected the problem but I didn’t pay attention to the visual issue.
