Recently was writing a post and used a few codes from HTML mode, not that I ever seen a option to disable this in WordPress my view is simply so as in this image:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/246922/Other/visual_html_editor.jpg
Tried reinstalling WordPress
Disabled all plugins
Cleaned cache in Firefox 9.0
Have you tried:
- switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
- re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

Done this:
Server side: renamed wp-content\plugins to plugins.old
On site site: No plugins visible not active or inactive
Downloaded http://wordpress.org/latest.tar.gz ; tar -xzvf latest.tar.gz ; cd latest ;
moved wp-admin and wp-includes over site location and overwrite all.
Theme is default twenty-ten, changed to another theme and refreshed back to it.
Result => Same view as in previous screenshot.
Can you try deleting everything except the wp-content folder and then re-uploading from a fresh download?

By deleting everything you mean everything beside my wp-config.php etc... Or? If I delete everything except wp-content my website will stop working. :)

Done did that, nothing helps.
Doubecheck that you haven't disabled the rich-text editor in your Profile.

It was not disabled but I enabled and disabled it. And it fixed it! Thank you @esmi.
Hmmm... that sounds like you might have some minor database damage. It might be worth repairing the database now before it gets any worse.

@esmi, there is something cheesy about it, right after I went and did it all, and from the main site in view of index.php when I am logged in to wp-admin and I pressed EDIT link from any post, that is when it crashed it. Any guidance in checking DB if it is broken?
The easiest thing to do is to just repair all of the db tables. It won't cause the slightest harm if they're not damaged.

Done this editing wp-config.php:
The wp_users table is okay.
The wp_usermeta table is okay.
The wp_posts table is okay.
The wp_comments table is okay.
The wp_links table is okay.
The wp_options table is okay.
The wp_postmeta table is okay.
The wp_terms table is okay.
The wp_term_taxonomy table is okay.
The wp_term_relationships table is okay.
The wp_commentmeta table is okay.
Repairs complete. Please remove the following line from wp-config.php to prevent this page from being used by unauthorized users.
define('WP_ALLOW_REPAIR', true);
Should this help? Is there a way to check if any DB is damaged before one attempt fixing it.
If the repair results were OK, then your database should now be fine.

esmi, this is a serious issue, and I do not want to waste energy on it, can you guide me for some other actions?
Problem reapers on and on, I reinstalled wordpress in local en_US standard, repaired DB, nothing helps.
This is what we have:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/246922/Photos/Others/profile_wp.png - Profile
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/246922/Photos/Others/html_visual_editor_wp.png - WordPress view
I believe this is a bug and should treated as it is. Since none of the above helped. Just saying!
I believe this is a bug
It's not one that has been reported before and WP 3.3.1 is being used successfully on millions of sites. So whatever it is, it's specific to your site/server. That's not a WP bug - that's a site issue.
Try installing & activating

I did so. What next now. Nothing changed, same view, disabled, and if you do check images above, still no plugin was able to do so, and I use a standard template from wordpress admins.
I use a standard template from wordpress admins.
Sorry? I don't follow you...
In the meantime, try the following steps:
1. Empty your browser cache
2. Close your browser then re-open it.
3. Try a different browser.
4. Try a different machine
If you continue to have problems despite carrying out all of these steps, try installing & activating
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/use-google-libraries/ to force a true browser flush.

A standard template in meaning of one that comes with wordpress default. That is why involved word admins, to have a authenticity, but I see that nothing helped from what you said here, sorry!
