I have two admin users.
When I view the add/edit post page with user "admin" I see two rows of tool icons for the visual editor.
When I view the add/edit post page with "user2" I only see on row of tool icons for the visual editor. Half the other tools are missing...
Users have identical permissions - both administrators.
Where did the tools go? I can't figure out how to enable/disable them.
Any help would be appreciated.

On the one with the one row click on the far right icon.

Good God I feel like an idiot!
I simply never use the visual editor...

No problemo! Smacks are free and I need one fairly often.
