   Dear all,
   After hearing so many solution on the problem and I have try all of them, suddenly I found the unique solution for this problem!!!!!

   ONLY ENGLISH, NUMBER AND SYMBOL in WP-CONFIG.PHP
   NO OTHER CHARACTERS ARE ALLOWED.

   also you have to make sure that there is no extra character/spacing before the beginning and after the ending of this file.
