I've been a long time user of the HTML editor, but ever since I switched over to using the visual editor, I've noticed it no longer strips whitespace like it used to, providing a more WYSIWYG experience I admit, BUT because I doubles space after the period sometimes my formatting sometimes looks off-kilter as a result.
What's the best way to fix this so that the visual editor only preserves whitespacing when you're using preformatted text?
