Visual editor not working v3.8.1

Hello, I have recently migrated a WordPress site to BlueHost. I used their Mojo Marketplace script to install version 3.8.1. Lot’s of bases to cover to migrate plug-ins and settings, but everything seemed to be working OK, until I tried to update a post…

I can view the post in the text editor but not the visual editor. If I click fullscreen in the text editor, the button to switch the fullscreen view to visual editor does not work. The media library button does work. But the behavior acts like it’s not loading the visual editor code javascript library into my browser.

I have tried three browsers (Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, all up to date) and I have tried clearing the cache as well. I also deactivated and reactivated all of my plug-ins, but that didn’t make a difference.

That’s a disturbingly long list of similar issues. I can probably limp by with the text editor for a period of time. Any other suggestions?
