   I was having problems with the Media interface after upgrading to WP3.2. Quirky behavior like not the window not closing after I click the "Insert image into post" button, or the image itself not showing up in the page.

   What I discovered was the plugin "TinyMCE Advanced" needed to be updated. The update saved my day, and maybe it will yours...
