I think the latest update of this totally broke the plugin. Visual editor is lost and if I resave a post all formatting is totally lost.

What version of WordPress are you running?

Also, in the meantime, you can re-download version 1.3.3 (the previous version).

v1.4, with wordpress 3.2.1, I confirm Jason’s experience when using IE. Both 1.3.x versions and 1.4 work fine in FireFox for me

(However, 1.3.x does have broken Link functionality in IE)
