   Hi There

   I've just upgraded to the new 2.8. And went to write a new post and the side bar has gone, and if I wanted to edit a link or add images, the whole visual menu has gone, they have disappeared, can anyone tell me how to resolve this please.

   When I upgrade everything was fine and was successfully..

   I'm in the same boat as you. Not only this I can't see what I am typing because the text is white like the BG.

   I hope someone can help find a solution for this, I've always upgraded with no problems at all.

   Until now.

   I think there are files missing in the wordpress software.

   Not sure

   I am experiencing the same problem with new posts and if I try to edit a post all I see are faint red dotted lines in the visual text box. I tried deactivating all my plugins in case there was an issue with them and that did not help.

   I checked with my hosting company and they looked into it and indicated it was most likely a wordpress issue so they could not help.

   Would appreciate a fix since this appears to be a broad problem.

   Here is what I found and it worked Click Here Now I just need to get wordTube working.
