Visual Editor and Insert Media Broken

Ever since I updated to v3.5 the Visual Editor will not display, the tool bar is missing, and the Insert Media function will not insert media. This is only happening on one of my sites (the others have updated to v3.5 without problems), and the problem occurs in Chrome, but not in Firefox.
