   I installed a new theme on a site, and all of the previous content has been entered using the Visual Editor. Currently, the theme adds

   "<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: andale mono,times;"><span style="font-size: small;">"

   before EVERY single paragraph entered.

   I believe this is coming from the wpautop() setting? Not sure how this is happening, or how to fix the defaults in this case.
