   When I try and create a new post or page in my new wp blog, none of the formating buttons on the "visual" tab of the editor show up.

   I've tried reinstalling WP but get the same problem.

   I am running WP fine on another older blog which seems to be also running on 3.0.3

   Would love some help.

   I am having the same problem. Infact it looks like this box here. No place to change to Visual or Html. I hope someone can help.
