   Hello,

   I am using XAMPP as my WordPress platform on Vista. I have downloaded WordPress 2.2 and installed in the appropriate directory. The "wordpress" MySql database has been created as well. When I try to install WordPress, I get the following error message:

   "Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_wp_error() in C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress\wp-includes\functions.php on line 1320"

   Could someone here please help me with the WordPress install on Vista?
