    Hello,

someone uses Virtue Theme and Polylang and can give me an advice if it is good compatible in long term and good choice for Webpage for 2 languages?

I want to change languages with click on country flags. Then the language should switch and also the domain. Because both different language should be shown default under two different domains out of each country. Polylang supports this i read already.

If someone have this or knows sites with this theme and Plugin, a Link would be nice.

    Thanks and best regards
    Sebastian

    Hey,
I have not personally used Polylang, but it is very popular and seems to have some support. That would be my recommendation. Sorry I don’t have a site to show you.

If your serious about a long term site and willing to pay for it WMPL is going to give you some extra support and it works with woocommerce. If you don’t need it to work with woocommerce poly lang works. BUT the virtue free theme has less compatibility then the premium theme. For example you can’t translate the home icon menu in the free theme were in premium you can do everything using pagebuilder so it’s easy to translate. Just depends on what type of site and what options you want to use.

I have already the Premium Virtue Theme. Thanks for this advice.
    And I don’t need woocommerce.

@Kadence Themes: Perhaps you know some examples where polylang is working with your theme?

Do you have an link with more information about your following advice? I am not sure what do you mean with that tipp: “… were in premium you can do everything using pagebuilder so it’s easy to translate”

    Hey,
Yes here is a tutorial about page builder:
    http://www.kadencethemes.com/using-page-builder-virtue-premium/
and one about the home page, the video explains how page builder works with the home page: http://www.kadencethemes.com/creating-a-home-page-with-virtue/

I don’t have a showcase built yet but it’s on my list to have people submit there site so others can see what they did with the theme. But I know I’ve tested with polylang and I know of many others using it with the theme. If you don’t need woocomerce you shouldn’t have any issues.
