   First time user of wordpress and have just installed 2.1.3 through Fantastico in Cpanel 11. The install went smoothly and I can login to the admin section.

   Problems occur when I try to create, delete or edit post/pages... WP just won't do it. I type some text, click save and nothing happens. I click delete and nothing happens.

   Any ideas?

   What browser and OS are you using?

   Hi,

   Thanks for your quick reply.

   I've tried Mac OS X,:Camino, Firefox and Safari, and Windows XP: IE and Firefox.

   No joy in any of them. Also the "Visual" & "Code" buttons seem to do nothing either.

   To elucidate if I try to delete a post for example, it disappears from the list but then reappears straight afterwards! If I try to edit a post it lets me edit the text in the box but clicking "save" wipes any changes.

   Yeah...I'm having the same problem as tootricky. I just imported from another word press blog, and now I cannot delete the sample post or some pages that i don't want

   Hi, I had the problem for deleting the posts with my account which is setup as an administrator. When I logout and login as "admin" user I could delete the posts.
